CM Yogi Adityanath: Nivesh Mitra 3.0 Portal Launched For Funding! Would This Revolutionise Investment In The State?

CM Yogi Adityanath: Nivesh Mitra 3.0 has been integrated with National Single Window System (NSWS), Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) land bank. This would help in offering a predictable, transparent, accountable and seamless digital ecosystem to make the overall investment process intervention-free and easier.

CM Yogi Adityanath: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced the launch of ‘Nivesh Mitra 3.0’, a single-window portal for making the state’s investment processes intervention-free and easier.

CM Adityanath also distributed Letters of Comfort (LoCs) to 62 firms and incentives to 45 companies. Terming it as an important step for industrial development, CM Adityanath reed that these proposals would help in generating investments worth Rs. 50,000 crore. This, in turn, would help in generating direct and indirect employment opportunities for more than 50,000 youth members of the state.

Yogi Adityanath congratulated entrepreneurs at the event and commented that the government of Uttar Pradesh is committed to make sure rapid industrial development stays equitable throughout the state. Adityanath added that Nivesh Mitra 3.0 would help in proactively resolving minor challenges associated with investments and offering an amicable environment for industries.

Yogi also commented that the state has an industry-ready and market-ready workforce along with a vast pool of skilled youth. The Uttar Pradesh CM also said the state also possesses one of the best demographic dividends across the globe, which makes the northern state a highly attractive and feasible choice for investors.

The CM also remarked that the complex process of land use conversion has been abolished (Section 80) to strengthen and simplify the ease of doing business in the state of Uttar Pradesh. CM said land use would be deemed approved automatically once a map gets approved under the state’s master plan, which would help in eliminating the requirement for a separate certification.
