Officials added that the SIR campaign will continue across Uttar Pradesh, with awareness drives, door-to-door verification, and digital support to help citizens submit forms easily.

No Genuine Citizen Should Worry About SIR, Chief Minister Submits His Enumeration Form

The Chief Minister stated that filling out the SIR form is not just a procedural formality but a civic duty that strengthens the nation’s electoral machinery. He urged people to cooperate fully with the Election Commission teams visiting their localities and ensure that no eligible voter is left out.

Yogi Adityanath said that every citizen’s involvement ensures that democratic processes remain accountable

He also clarified that the SIR process is simple, transparent, and designed to benefit genuine citizens, not create inconvenience. By updating voter lists regularly, the state aims to maintain accuracy and eliminate errors such as duplicate names, outdated entries, or incorrect details.

Highlighting the importance of participation, Yogi Adityanath said that every citizen’s involvement ensures that democratic processes remain accountable and inclusive. He appealed especially to youth, first-time voters, and newly moved families to verify their information on time so that they can fully exercise their voting rights.

Officials added that the SIR campaign will continue across Uttar Pradesh, with awareness drives, door-to-door verification, and digital support to help citizens submit forms easily. The state government has reiterated that building a robust electoral system is a shared responsibility between the public and administration.
