Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to provide special facilities for candidates appearing in the upcoming UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination, offering relief to millions of aspirants expected to participate in the recruitment process.
CM Yogi Adityanath Orders Bus Fare Concessions for UP Police Constable
According to officials, nearly 29 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the examination across the state. To facilitate their travel, the Chief Minister has instructed authorities to operate special buses at concessional fares, ensuring smoother and more affordable transportation for candidates travelling to examination centres.

The state government has also directed officials to make adequate arrangements at examination venues to ensure a comfortable experience for candidates. Special emphasis has been placed on providing drinking water, seating arrangements, shade, and other essential facilities at examination centres.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath specifically instructed that no candidate should be forced to stand in the heat for extended periods. Officials have been asked to ensure proper crowd management and waiting arrangements, particularly in view of the large number of applicants expected to attend the examination.
The government has also emphasized maintaining transparency and fairness throughout the recruitment process. Authorities have been directed to closely monitor activities related to the examination and take strict action against anyone attempting to spread rumours or misinformation through social media platforms.
Officials said the measures are aimed at ensuring a smooth, secure, and candidate-friendly examination process while helping aspirants focus on their performance without facing unnecessary logistical difficulties.
The UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination is among the largest recruitment drives in the state and is expected to attract candidates from across Uttar Pradesh, making transportation and administrative arrangements a key priority for the government.
