Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has said that more than ₹4,300 crore has been directly transferred to the bank accounts of farmers in the state under the 23rd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme.

Adityanath credited the initiative to the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said the programme has become an important source of support for farmers across the country. He noted that direct transfer of funds has enhanced transparency and improved the delivery of welfare benefits.
State government officials stated that the latest installment reflects the continued focus on farmer welfare and agricultural development. They emphasized that timely financial assistance helps farmers manage cultivation-related expenses and contributes to strengthening the rural economy.
