During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized the need for enhanced technology-based monitoring mechanisms to ensure that recruitment processes remain secure, efficient, and free from irregularities.

He also instructed that all selections must strictly adhere to the prescribed reservation norms and statutory guidelines, ensuring equal opportunities for eligible candidates.

The Chief Minister highlighted that transparent recruitment systems are essential for maintaining public confidence and attracting qualified candidates to the police force.
Officials were asked to continue adopting modern technological tools and monitoring systems to improve accountability and streamline recruitment procedures.
