The CM Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has ushered in the New Year with a major employment opportunity for the state’s youth. Under the Mission Rojgar UP initiative, the recruitment process for thousands of posts in the Uttar Pradesh Police has officially begun, offering a strong push towards employment and self-reliance.
CM Yogi Adityanath’s New Year Gift to Youth
According to the notification issued, 32,679 constable posts will be filled across various wings of the police force. The recruitment will cover positions in the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC), Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force (UPSSF), jail warders, mounted police, and other units.
In a significant step towards women’s empowerment, the government has also announced 2,282 vacancies in PAC Women Battalions, providing greater representation and opportunities for women in the police force.
The recruitment drive is also aligned with the state government’s broader vision of youth empowerment, employment generation, and public safety. By strengthening manpower in the police force, the Yogi government aims to further improve law and order, response capacity, and public confidence across Uttar Pradesh.
