The Station House Officer of the Deoria Police Station, Vinod Kumar Singh, made an official statement. In the video, he claimed that “The youth’s mother has filed a complaint.” A person has been detained, and further action will be taken by the police.
Following the distressing Deoria news, the young man’s mother filed a written complaint at the Kotwali Police Station of Deoria. According to her complaints, her son was tortured unnecessarily by four men from the Sakra Par and Gobarai village. The incident happened around 3 pm on November 29. As the clip of the incident went viral, police came to mend the damage, with swift action and announcements.
