Fatal Explosion at Cylinder Manufacturing Factory in Ghaziabad; Two Workers Killed

In a tragic incident at the cylinder manufacturing factory in Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad, a cylinder exploded during testing, resulting in the death of two laborers, identified as Armaan (23) and Amzad (43). The factory, owned by Pankaj Kumar Jain and located in Sector A of Tronica City, specializes in producing cylinders used for extinguishing fires.

Upon the explosion, fellow workers and the factory owner promptly informed the police and the fire department. Following the blast, the police took control of the situation and seized the bodies of the deceased workers. The police have notified the families of the victims.

The factory is equipped for cylinder manufacturing in both the main area and the basement, with additional testing conducted outside the premises. Imran, a resident of Ilachi Pur village, and Amzad, originally from Jharkhand, were engaged in testing activities. The explosion occurred around 4 PM during the testing process, leading to the unfortunate demise of Imran and Amzad.

Upon receiving the information, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Surya Bali Maurya stated that the forensic team has examined the site, and the police are actively investigating the case. The police are working towards determining the cause of the explosion and ensuring a thorough inquiry into the matter.
