Ghaziabad News: Over 10 more flights will run from Hindon Airport to different cities by 2024. The Airline Official said that a formal inauguration will be done on September 18th. After the inauguration, flight services will begin for Pant Nagar and Pithoragarh by next month. The five cities that will be connected with the Airport are Prayagraj, Lucknow, Shimla, Ganganagar and Ayodhya. Flight Facility from Lucknow to Prayagraj will begin soon. Fly Big Airlines started the air services for Dehradun and Ludhiana from 6th September. Since then the service is receiving positive response from the customers.
Passengers face Problems reaching Airport
Hindon Airport was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the year 2019, since then there has been no easy access for the passengers to reach the airport by road. Passengers are only dependent on cabs to reach the airport, there is no other mode of transport available for passengers. If someone is trying to reach through auto or bus, he has to get down at Delhi –Wazirabad road and look for another vehicle.
Airline Companies hoping to get Positive Response
The airport staff face the same issue to reach the airport as there is no direct mode of transport available. Airline companies are hoping to receive positive response from the flyers after the new facility begins.
