The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a major opportunity for homebuyers with the launch of its Affordable Housing Scheme under the “first come, first serve” model. As part of the initiative, ready-to-move 2BHK residential units are being offered at a starting price of ₹33.79 lakh, making homeownership more accessible for middle-income families.

The housing units are located in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad, a well-planned residential area with improving infrastructure and connectivity. According to GDA officials, the scheme has been designed to provide quality housing at reasonable prices while ensuring transparency and quick allotment.

Registration for the scheme has already begun, and GDA has clarified that only a limited number of flats are available, encouraging interested buyers to apply at the earliest. Applicants can access complete details and complete the registration process through the official GDA portal.
The authority has also set up a dedicated toll-free helpline to assist applicants with queries related to eligibility, registration, and allotment. Officials stated that the scheme aligns with GDA’s broader objective of promoting planned urban development and affordable housing in Ghaziabad.
