Ghaziabad News: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has officially launched the Nandgram Residential Plot Scheme, with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath releasing the project brochure and marking the formal rollout. The scheme offers residential plots at a rate of ₹79,000 per square metre and aims to provide planned housing opportunities through a transparent digital process.

The project has been registered under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), reinforcing compliance and regulatory oversight.
