The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is set to auction 164 vacant properties across various city schemes on July 30 at Hindi Bhawan, officials confirmed. The properties include residential plots, commercial shops, kiosks, and institutional lands.
According to Additional Secretary Pradeep Kumar Singh, the GDA had launched an extensive awareness campaign through hoardings across the city to inform prospective buyers about the upcoming auction.
Forms and Participation Details
Interested bidders were able to obtain application forms from HDFC Bank branches. The last date for submission was July 28, and applicants were required to submit a 10% earnest money draft of the property’s base price along with the form. Successful bidders will need to deposit an additional 15% of the total property cost into the GDA treasury within 60 days of the auction.

In addition, ten kiosks in the vehicle-free zone of RDC, Raj Nagar, will be offered on three-year leases for community use. Plots for educational and medical institutions will also be included in the bidding process.
