Ghaziabad News: A distressing incident unfolded in a residential complex in Ghaziabad as a German Shepherd dog reportedly attacked a 6-year-old girl, leaving her with severe injuries.
According to the girl’s father, Vaibhav Chauhan, the incident occurred while his wife took their children out for a walk in the evening. Chauhan recounted, “Suddenly a pet German Shepherd came and attacked my daughter. The bite mark was so severe that her flesh was exposed.”

In the aftermath of the attack, Chauhan’s wife faced challenges in finding immediate medical assistance for their daughter. Despite her efforts, many clinics and doctors refused to treat the girl due to the severity of the wound.
Chauhan lamented, “Such severe cases are tended to only at three hospitals, one of which is Yashoda Hospital, where we reached nearly 2.5 hours after the incident occurred. That is when the wound was bandaged and my daughter was vaccinated.”

The incident has raised concerns about the safety of residents, particularly children, in the residential complex. Authorities are expected to investigate the matter and ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
