Grand Consecration Ceremony for Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024

The much-anticipated ceremony for the consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is set to take place on January 22, 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat are expected to grace the occasion. After 450 years of struggle, Hindus are on the verge of witnessing the fulfillment of their aspiration for the Ram temple.

Appeal to Mitigate Crowds:

In a bid to manage the expected surge in enthusiasm, the ‘Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust’ has made an appeal to the public. The trust encourages people to engage in bhajan-kirtan activities wherever they are and organize programs in nearby temples. This appeal aims to ensure that the crowds in Ayodhya are kept at a manageable level.

Gujarat’s Flag to Wave in Ram Temple:

A unique element in the ceremony will be the flag from Gujarat that will wave in the Ram temple. The construction of a flagpole for the temple, made from seven pillars, is underway in Ahmedabad. The project includes the creation of 7 reconstructed pillars, with the main pillar weighing 5500 kg. ‘Shri Ambika Engineering Works’ is tasked with this construction.

Cricket Icons Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli Invited:

Cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli have received invitations to attend the consecration program of the Ram temple. This event marks a significant convergence of sports and spirituality, with the cricketing duo expected to join around 8000 dignitaries for the auspicious ceremony.

Inauguration Ceremony Attendees:

The inauguration ceremony, scheduled for January 22, 2024, will witness the presence of eminent personalities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar, and Virat Kohli, among others.

Religious Practices and Cricket Performance:

Both Sachin and Virat have been actively involved in religious activities. In recent times, Virat Kohli has been seen participating in puja ceremonies across the country with his wife Anushka Sharma. Some fans attribute his return to form in cricket to these spiritual practices.

This grand event in Ayodhya marks a historic moment in the country’s cultural and religious landscape, bringing together diverse elements in celebration.
