NEWS: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has announced a new Residential Flats Scheme, offering homebuyers an opportunity to own flats in one of the fastest-growing urban hubs of the National Capital Region (NCR). The scheme, launched under Scheme Code BHS17/LOF-05, will be conducted through an online e-auction process.
The registration window opened on January 28, 2026, and interested applicants can apply until February 18, 2026. GNIDA has encouraged eligible buyers to take advantage of this opportunity, highlighting Greater Noida’s strategic location and world-class urban planning.

e-Auction Process and Participation
The residential flats will be allotted through online e-auction bidding, ensuring transparency and fair participation. Interested bidders are required to register on the official portal https://gnida.etender.sbi, where they must obtain a user ID and password.
Applicants must also submit the necessary documents and deposit the processing fee (participation fee) and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through online payment, as specified in the scheme brochure.
Availability of Brochure and Terms
GNIDA has clarified that the detailed brochure, including flat specifications, reserve prices, bidding procedure, and terms and conditions, is available on the official website www.greaternoidaauthority.in as well as the e-tender portal.
The authority has further stated that it reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or cancel or postpone the e-auction without assigning any reason.

The scheme is being promoted under the guidance of Nand Gopal Gupta “Nandi,” Minister of Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh, and Jaswant Saini, Minister of State for Industrial Development, reflecting the state government’s emphasis on expanding residential infrastructure alongside industrial growth.
