The Greater Noida Authority has unveiled plans for the allocation of 44 industrial plots, with the brochure for this scheme becoming available online from January 30. The allocation of these plots is expected to generate approximately INR 500 crore for the Greater Noida Authority, surpassing the reserved price. The allocation process for these industrial plots is conducted through interviews, aiming to attract investments totaling INR 5,000 crore and creating direct and indirect employment opportunities for around 10,000 youth.
Sectors Covered in the Scheme
Under the guidance of CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar, the Industrial Department of the Greater Noida Authority has introduced a plan for 44 plots, covering an approximate area of 50 acres. Among these plots, eight are located in Sector Ecotech One Extension, one in Sector Ecotech One Extension, one in Ecotech Four, two in Ecotech Six, and 23 in Ecotech Six B. Additionally, seven plots are allocated in Industrial Center Extension One, and two in Industrial Vihar Extension.
Application Process and Deadline
The brochures for these plots have been available for download from the Greater Noida Authority’s website since January 30. Interested parties can submit their applications online through the Investment Partner Portal. The website provides a link for downloading brochures, and the registration process, along with payment of registration fees, must be completed by February 19. Registration fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and processing fees can also be deposited until the same deadline. Allocation of these plots is expected to be completed within a month after the application deadline.
