Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reaffirmed the state government’s commitment toward the empowerment and dignity of persons with disabilities on the occasion of International Disability Day. In a message shared on social media, he emphasized that the spirit of “Nar Seva–Narayana Seva” guides the government’s continuous efforts to uplift Divyangjan across the state.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the Uttar Pradesh government is actively working to ensure self-reliance, accessible facilities, and positive transformation in the lives of individuals with disabilities. These initiatives aim to create long-term opportunities in education, employment, and social inclusion.

Officials noted that the state has been expanding initiatives such as assistive device distribution camps, accessible infrastructure projects, special education support, and employment-linked training tailored for divyangjan. The government is also integrating technology-driven solutions to make public services more inclusive.
On this international observance day, CM Yogi called on society to reaffirm its resolve to create an environment where every individual—regardless of ability—can live with respect, independence, and opportunity. He reminded people that true progress lies in collective compassion and inclusivity.
