The institute has reached out to its alumni, acknowledging the challenging situation and seeking assistance in connecting these talented individuals with potential employment opportunities.

In a recent message shared with alumni, IIM Lucknow expressed the urgency of the situation, highlighting that 72 students are actively seeking employment opportunities. The institute specifically reached out to its alumni from the 2011 batch, recognizing the unique connections and networks that each alum possesses. The aim is to leverage these networks to secure placements for the students facing job uncertainties.

Amid concerns raised on social media, IIM Lucknow responded to queries, stating that the placement process is well underway, and there is no need for worry. The institute has a track record of successful placements, as evidenced by achieving a 100% placement rate during its last summer placement session in October. This success was attributed to collaborations with leading recruiters, resulting in a multitude of job offers across diverse roles and industries for its students.
