The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched a large-scale e-auction offering more than 500 residential and commercial plots and buildings across key localities in the city. The properties include spaces designated for hotels, group housing, malls, hospitals, and other residential and commercial uses. 

These plots are available in well-developed schemes such as Gomti Nagar, Transport Nagar, and Basant Kunj, among others. The initiative is part of LDA’s ongoing efforts to promote structured urban development and increase public access to premium land parcels through a transparent digital process.
