Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has issued an important reminder for homebuyers interested in the Atal Nagar Awas Yojana, stating that only three days remain to purchase the registration booklet. This initiative is generating strong interest among citizens looking for affordable and planned housing options in the state capital.
Booklet Available Till November 30, Registration Open Till December 2
According to LDA, the registration booklet for the Atal Nagar residential scheme can be purchased only till November 30, 2025. Applicants who buy the booklet within the deadline will be eligible to register for flats and houses under the scheme until December 2, 2025.
To streamline the process and ensure transparency, all registrations will be done exclusively through the official LDA website. Offline applications will not be accepted.
Registration Fee Fixed at 5% of Estimated Cost
For securing a unit under the scheme, applicants must deposit 5% of the estimated building cost as the registration fee. Reserved category applicants will receive concession and have to pay only 2.5% of the estimated cost.
This fee is part of the initial documentation and does not guarantee allotment but confirms eligibility to participate in the final draw.
Allotment Through Transparent Lottery System
LDA has emphasized that the allotment of houses will be completely transparent and conducted through a computerized lottery draw. This ensures equal opportunity for all applicants and eliminates chances of bias.
As of Thursday evening, a total of 4,393 applicants have already completed their registration—indicating a strong response and growing demand for residential units under LDA’s planned housing projects.
