Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a special festive-season offer under its ‘First Come First Serve’ (FCFS) housing scheme, giving homebuyers an opportunity to secure flats at prime locations across the city with attractive discounts.

Under the scheme, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments are available in key residential projects including Smriti, Shravan, Purva, and Sunrise (Mrighashira) Apartments. The authority is offering financial incentives based on the property value:
- ₹1 lakh discount on apartments priced between ₹20 lakh and ₹50 lakh
- ₹1.5 lakh discount on apartments priced between ₹50 lakh and ₹75 lakh
- ₹2 lakh discount on apartments priced above ₹75 lakh
The special festive discount is valid from March 3, 2026, to March 27, 2026.
In addition to price reductions, LDA has introduced a possession-linked benefit. Government employees can obtain immediate possession after paying 25% of the total cost, while general applicants can avail possession after 35% payment.
Furthermore, buyers who deposit the full amount within 45 to 90 days of allotment can receive an additional 3% to 6% rebate on the total cost. Officials said the move aims to encourage quicker payments while making homeownership more affordable.
The authority stated that the scheme is designed to boost residential uptake and provide quality housing in well-developed localities of Lucknow.
