Lucknow News: LDA Launches ‘First Come, First Serve’ Housing Offer in Prime Lucknow Locations; Discounts Up to ₹2 Lakh

Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a limited-time housing offer under its "First Come, First Serve" scheme, giving homebuyers a chance to fulfill their dream of owning a house in prime locations of Lucknow.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a limited-time housing offer under its "First Come, First Serve" scheme, giving homebuyers a chance to fulfill their dream of owning a house in prime locations of Lucknow. The offer is valid from March 31 to June 30, 2025, with attractive discounts and flexible payment options. 

Flats Available in Prime Locations

As part of the scheme, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats are available at strategic residential locations, with prices ranging from ₹22 lakh to ₹1 crore.

The offer applies to select apartments, including:

Shravan

Adra

Sunrise-Mrigshira

Magha

Ashlesha

Sopan Enclave-2

Purva

Ratan Lok

Smriti Apartment

 

Special Discounts for Homebuyers

LDA has introduced flat-rate discounts to encourage purchases:

₹1.5 lakh discount on flats priced below ₹45 lakh

₹2 lakh discount on flats above ₹45 lakh

 

Flexible Payment Plans

Government employees can get instant possession after 25% payment

General buyers can take possession after 35% payment

Additionally, buyers making full payment within 45 to 90 days of allotment will be eligible for an extra discount of 6% to 3%, depending on the timeline.

In a significant move, LDA has also allowed the option to purchase more than one flat, providing an excellent investment opportunity.
