The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to offer some of the city’s most prime land parcels in its upcoming e-auction, opening new opportunities for commercial, healthcare and residential development. The proposed developments include a commercial complex near 1090 Chauraha, a hospital plot, and multiple group housing projects in Gomti Nagar Extension and other key locations.
LDA to Auction Prime Commercial, Hospital and Group Housing Plots
According to LDA, prime plots with excellent road connectivity and large green areas will be included in this round of e-auction. In Gomti Nagar Extension, Sector-7, behind the Police Headquarters, a total of 11 group housing plots and one commercial plot have been planned on 43.051 acres of land. The layout of this scheme has been approved in the LDA board meeting, with 15 percent of the total land area reserved exclusively for green spaces. All these plots will be offered in the upcoming e-auction.
The group housing plots in Sector-7 range from 5,295 square metres to 11,934 square metres, with a reserved price of ₹80,633 per square metre. The commercial plot, measuring 7,180 square metres, has been assigned a reserved rate of ₹82,864 per square metre.

In Gomti Nagar Extension’s Vipin Khand area, near 1090 Chauraha, LDA will auction five commercial plots and one hospital plot. The commercial plots range from 51 square metres to 11,175 square metres, with reserved rates between ₹1,18,855 and ₹1,28,230 per square metre. The hospital plot, measuring 1,615 square metres, has a reserved price of ₹97,413 per square metre.
Additionally, two group housing plots located on Butler Palace Road in Dalibagh will also be part of the e-auction. These plots measure 2,026 square metres and 2,097 square metres respectively, each with a reserved rate of ₹88,334 per square metre.
The e-auction portal will open on December 15, 2025. Interested bidders can register and participate through the official LDA website. Officials say this initiative is expected to boost planned urban development while offering investors access to premium land in strategically located areas of Lucknow.
