Lucknow News: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a major premium housing project in Sector-4 of Gomti Nagar Extension, where it will develop ‘Narmada Apartment’, a high-end residential complex featuring 300 luxury flats and 12 penthouses.

The project has been designed as an integrated residential complex, with provisions for commercial shops within the apartment premises to meet residents’ daily and business needs. LDA officials said this mixed-use approach will enhance convenience and reduce dependence on external marketplaces.
Premium Amenities for Residents
Narmada Apartment will be equipped with a wide range of modern lifestyle amenities, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, landscaped parks, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking space for more than 500 vehicles. The authority aims to offer a secure and comfortable living environment with premium infrastructure.
Prices to Start From ₹1.4 Crore
The starting price of the flats has been fixed at ₹1.4 crore, positioning the project in the luxury housing segment. Officials noted that the project is expected to attract professionals, business owners and investors looking for premium residential options in Lucknow.
Registration Window Announced
LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar has issued formal orders regarding the project. As per the notification, registration for the flats will open from January 24 and remain open till February 23, 2026. Interested applicants can apply within the stipulated period through the prescribed LDA process.
LDA officials stated that the Narmada Apartment project is expected to boost real estate development in Gomti Nagar Extension and contribute to Lucknow’s planned urban growth.
