Lucknow News: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the construction of a new residential project named Park View Apartments under the Basant Kunj housing scheme in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

According to the authority, the apartments will be developed near the Rashtra Prerna Sthal and will feature modern residential infrastructure. The project will include 364 premium flats with sizes of approximately 154 square metres and 195 square metres, aimed at providing spacious and well-planned housing for residents.
Registration Opens from March 7
LDA officials said the registration process for the flats will be open from March 7 to April 6, 2026. Interested applicants will be able to apply only through the official LDA website, ensuring a digital and streamlined application process.
To register for the flats, applicants will need to deposit 5 percent of the estimated flat cost as a registration fee. For applicants belonging to reserved categories, the registration amount has been fixed at 2.5 percent of the estimated price.
Authorities said the allotment of flats will be conducted through a transparent lottery system, ensuring fairness in the allocation process.
The Park View Apartments project is expected to offer residents modern amenities, green surroundings and improved connectivity within the Basant Kunj area. Being located near a major landmark like Rashtra Prerna Sthal, the project is likely to attract homebuyers looking for premium residential options in the city.
Officials said the development is part of LDA’s broader urban planning initiatives aimed at expanding residential infrastructure and creating well-planned housing clusters in Lucknow.
