There is outrage on the internet after a Mirzapur Viral Video revealed a group of kanwariyas brutally beating a CRPF jawan at the railway station in the same city. In the video, one sees the soldier lying on the floor as a group of men kicks and punches him. Worse still? The mob gathered about him stood in silent watch--no one came to his assistance. This act of inhumanity has disturbed the faith that the month of Sawan, which is marked by peace and devotion to Lord Shiva, is being exploited by the minority, who are attempting to stand in the name of religion and promote violence.
