Namo Bharat Train: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has announced a loyalty program under which passengers travelling on the Meerut Metro and the Namo Bharat trains would earn amazing loyalty points on every single journey. The offer would be valid for passengers booking their digital QR tickets via the Namo Bharat Connect mobile app or the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC).

Under the NCRTC loyalty program, passengers would earn a single loyalty point for every spent rupee on travel, with each point being valued at 10 paise.
Passengers would be able to redeem these loyalty points upon reaching a threshold of 300 points. Loyalty points could be redeemed for free journeys on both Meerut Metro and Namo Bharat services.
Accumulated loyalty points by passengers would get credited at each operational day’s end for NCMC card users. Passengers could check their loyalty points the following day.
Accumulated Loyalty Point Redemption
As per a released NCRTC statement, the system would help passengers redeem the accumulated loyalty points for up to 5 trips at a single time so the requirement for frequent redemptions gets reduced.
Using NCMC cards, passengers would be able to verify their count of accumulated loyalty points at ticket readers, ticket vending machines or ticket counters.
For the benefit of the passengers, any NCMC card issued by a transport authority, metro rail corporation or financial institution across India could be used freely for travelling on the Meerut Metro or Namo Bharat trains.
Using the Namo Bharat Connect app, passengers could check and redeem the accumulated loyalty points by choosing the ‘Loyalty Points’ option and then selecting ‘Redeem.’ Passengers could then make ticket bookings via their accumulated loyalty points equivalent to the fare between the chosen stations.
