New Noida to get Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad expressway connectivity

Uttar Pradesh: Making the Noida-Greater Noida region a northern economic powerhouse is the sole aim of the central government and the state of Uttar Pradesh. They have invested significantly. In addition to Fintech City and the Noida International Airport, they also plan to make what they are calling New Noida. Both sides of the Eastern Peripheral Expressway will have New Noida.

The government would make two freight corridors, one connecting Kolkata to Amritsar by rail and the other connecting Greater Noida's Dadri to Mumbai's Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Between these two rail lines will be the new city of Noida. 80 villages total—20 from Gautam Buddha Nagar, 60 from Khurja, and 10 from Sikandrabad—will be present.

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway will take New Noida near to Gurgaon and Faridabad. It would also have connectivity to the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway. The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, wetlands, heliport, and golf course complex will all be located on the main. The villages where New Noida city will be developed have already been occupied. The cost of land has already risen significantly. Land is being purchased in New Noida by investors from Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida.

Singnificant Increase In Land Price

Land was being sold for about Rs 5-7 lakh per bigha prior to the announcement of New Noida, but prices have now risen. Land prices have skyrocketed in the area of Eastern Peripheral Expressway and GT Road. Private companies are building warehouses on these properties. Land was being sold in the Anandpur village of New Noida for Rs 12 lakh per bigha, but it is currently going for Rs 30 lakh per bigha. According to Tricity, the land prices in Khandeda village have increased from Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 22 lakh.

In addition to serving UP and other states, Noida International Airport would ensure that the number of passengers using Delhi's IGI Airport is decreased.

A Metro Line will connect the two airports. The offices of financial institutions and businesses will be located in the Fintech city, which will be constructed close to the metro.
