In a significant move to boost industrial development and attract fresh investment, the Noida Authority has launched a new industrial plot scheme, the first of its kind since the implementation of the Unified Industrial Allotment Policy in February this year. The scheme, which opened on Monday, will remain active until August 4, 2025.
The authority is offering 12 industrial plots of various sizes through an online e-auction, targeting entrepreneurs and industrialists looking to set up new units in the city.
“We have launched this scheme to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to establish units in the city and generate employment. It’s a unique chance for those seeking industrial plots in Noida,” said Lokesh M, CEO of the Noida Authority.
According to officials, the plots are located in well-connected industrial sectors including Sectors 7, 8, 10, 80, and 162.
Sector 80 has the highest number of plots, with five up for auction.
Sectors 8, 10, and 162 each offer two plots.
Sector 7 has one plot available.
This scheme follows a phased launch model, with the previous phase held in May 2025.
Plot sizes vary widely, ranging from approximately 111 square metres to 7,430 square metres. The reserve prices start from around ₹56 lakh and go up to ₹16 crore, depending on the plot’s size and location.
Interested applicants must submit:
An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) based on the plot’s reserve price
A non-refundable processing fee of ₹29,500
A document fee of ₹5,900
As per the scheme’s terms, successful bidders must establish their industrial units within three years of the allotment date.
Vacant Land Optimisation and Revenue Generation
Officials stated that the scheme was designed following a detailed survey of Phase-1 and Phase-2 industrial sectors, aimed at identifying viable vacant plots for allocation. The authority expects robust participation and views this as a strategic opportunity to generate revenue, create employment, and revitalise industrial activity in Noida’s developed regions.
