Security of CM Yogi's family increased in Uttarakhand after Atiq Ahmed murder case

The security guard posted outside Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's house in Pauri has been instructed to be vigilant. Pauri's SSP Shweta Choubey told that there is already security arrangement outside the ancestral house of Yogi Adityanath. CO Srinagar has been instructed to review and alert the guard. No changes have been made to security. After the murder of Atiq Ahmed, all kinds of things are being circulated on social media about Yogi Adityanath.

In fact, after the murder of Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf, questions were also being raised about the safety of the family members living in CM Yogi's Panchur village. After which the security agencies issued instructions to take special precautions for the safety of the CM's family. At the local level, police have increased patrolling and surveillance. Yamkeshwar police station has been instructed to do special patrolling in the village and to monitor security from time to time.

Panchur village and block, which were earlier included in the revenue area, have now been included in the jurisdiction of the regular police. The guard already posted here has also been asked to be alert. Pauri's SSP Shweta Choubey told that there is already security arrangement outside Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's ancestral residence. Special vigilance is being taken regarding the safety of the family members of the CM. The CO of Srinagar has been instructed to review the guard and be alert. Along with this, security related instructions have also been given to the SO of Yamkeshwar police station.

Mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were gunned down to death on the night of 15 April in Prayagraj. The attackers surrendered after carrying out the incident. The names of the three accused are Lavlesh Tiwari, Arun Maurya and Sunny Singh.

According to media reports, Sunny Singh has revealed in the police interrogation that the three had planned to kill Atiq and his brother on April 14 when they were being produced in the court, but seeing the heavy force around Atiq, they abandoned their plan.
