UP Board Exam 2026 Registration Begins: UPMSP Opens Portal for Class 10 & 12 Students, Check Details

With the onset of the academic year, the preparation for the UP-Board Exam 2026 has already begun. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) notified the commencement of enrolments for board exams in Class 10 and 12 on July 15, 2025. This huge transformation has triggered an academic planning period and the submission of vital student data. Until the registration process of UPMSP becomes completely online and accessible through the official portal of UPMSP at upmsp.edu.in.

Registration Begins for Class 10 and 12 Students

The register portal of UPMSP is available for class 10 and class 12 regular students as well as private students. They have directed schools to take the necessary details and accordingly provide them to the online system before the last date. The board has said that the data entry must be accurate, as it will appear on the admit card and final mark sheet.

They are registering themselves with the use of the school login, where the principals should verify that they are uploading the names of students, parental information, subject selection, and the photography correctly. The final or closing date is yet to be declared by the board; however, the authorities request candidates to do it quickly before the portal gets congested.

Key Instructions for Schools and Students

UPMSP has also provided some guidelines in order to facilitate the schools in conducting the registration. All the learners should be assigned their suitable stream, that is, Science, Commerce, or Arts, and there should be a cross-checking of subject combinations. Moreover, Aadhaar information, proper spelling of names, and a quality passport-size photograph have to be present.

It was also intimated by the board that after this year, all corrections will not be considered after the deadline. Therefore, precision is now more important than ever. The same scrutiny also applies to the developers when private candidates register via their channels.

After the registration procedure is carried out, UPMSP will embark on making arrangements for the publication of exam schedules and the issue of admission tickets. Schools are also recommended to keep abreast of the current information posted by the board. The UP Board exam 2026 will happen in February-March of next year.
