UP News: Two teens are accused of shooting their former teacher in the leg in front of their coaching institution here, posting on social media that they would shoot him again in six months. Following the incident on Thursday at midday, police said that they had arrested both students, ages 16 and 18.

The two, who were both once Sumit Singh's students, got into a phone fight after Tarun stopped one of them from talking to a girl, according to the police.

What happened?

On Thursday, they called Singh and urged him to come outside before one of them opened fire. The two can be seen playing like characters from the well-known Bollywood film "Gangs of Wasseypur" in a 25-second video that was reportedly recorded afterwards.

One of them abuses and promises to come back and shoot the teacher in the leg in six months. He is heard saying, "I need to fire 40 bullets, but only 39 are left." Investigation still going

According to Neeraj Kumar, the students were arrested following the incident, and an investigation is still going.

Deputy commissioner of police, Sonam Kumar, told media, "The incident happened on Thursday noon outside the coaching centre on Mallupur road in Khandoli under Khandoli Police station in Agra. Two students, aged 16 and 18, called their teacher Sumit Singh to come outside the coaching institute. As the teacher came and one of the students opened fire on him."

"Both the students and the teacher are natives of Mallupur village of Khandoli. The teacher also runs a coaching institute on Mallupur road in Khandoli," he added.
