PM Modi Allocates ₹540 Crore for Rural Housing Scheme under PM-JANMAN

UP News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated five projects and laid the foundation stones for nine projects in Noida and Greater Noida during a rally held in Bulandshahr district. This marks the launch of PM Modi’s electoral campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, coinciding with the development initiatives in the region.

Key Noida Projects:

  1. Underpass on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway: Built at a cost of ₹84 crore, this underpass will provide seamless connectivity for commuters from various sectors along the expressway.
  2. Decorative Lights on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway: Inaugurated at a cost of ₹14 crore, enhancing infrastructure aesthetics and safety on the expressway.

Greater Noida Initiatives:

  1. Integrated Industrial Township: Developed on 747 acres at ₹1,714 crore, this project, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, aims to create a sustainable and smart community. Its strategic location ensures connectivity to major corridors and infrastructure.
  2. Road Resurfacing and Repair: A ₹10 crore project for resurfacing and repairing 130-meter wide roads in Greater Noida.
  3. Service Road Resurfacing in Greater Noida West: A ₹19 crore initiative for the resurfacing of service roads in Greater Noida West.
  4. Police Hostel in Surajpur: Built at a cost of ₹48 crore, this hostel will serve the police area in Surajpur.

PM Modi’s focus on infrastructure development reflects the government’s commitment to creating robust and well-connected urban spaces, enhancing the quality of life for residents.
