In a significant move, the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department is gearing up to establish a strategic partnership with Maruti Suzuki, focusing on the automation, operation, and maintenance of Driving Training and Testing Institutes (DTI) across the state. The collaboration underscores the government’s commitment to modernizing transportation infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of DTIs.

As part of this initiative, an online subsidy transfer system for electric vehicle buyers will be launched during the event. The Chief Minister’s inauguration of a new fleet, consisting of 50 BS-6 buses, 38 interceptor vehicles, and 12 publicity vans for UPSRTC, further emphasizes the commitment to embracing innovative solutions for the future of transportation.
