Uttar Pradesh, meanwhile, offers a large market, skilled and talented workforce, infrastructure, supportive policies, law and order, and ambitious development goals.

According to Adityanath, combining these complementary strengths could give a significant boost to Uttar Pradesh’s manufacturing ecosystem, MSME sector, talent development, research and development capabilities and logistics network.
The proposed Japan City near Noida International Airport is being positioned as a concrete step towards deepening Japan-Uttar Pradesh economic cooperation. The project is expected to create opportunities for Japanese businesses and strengthen the state’s industrial ecosystem.
The initiative also comes as Uttar Pradesh seeks to attract greater investment, expand manufacturing capacity and develop infrastructure around the Noida International Airport region.
