Apple iOS 16.4: iOS 16.4 has just been made available to developers in the most recent beta update from Apple. There will be greater emoji support, an improved keyboard for some languages, and many more improvements in the new iOS for developers that were missing.
According to Apple, "Beginning with iOS & iPadOS 16.4 beta, members of the Apple Developer Program will see a new option to enable developer betas directly from Software Update in Settings.”

What's new in the Apple iOS 16.4 update?
A Matter accessory update that allows "both manual and automatic Software Update" is included in the brand-new developer's beta release.
As part of the latest update, the iPhone's keyboard was upgraded and now supports new Unicode 15.0 Emoji in addition to having to autocorrect for the Korean keyboard turned on by default for testing and feedback.
According to IANS, the new keyboard would include keyboards for Gujarati, Urdu, and Punjabi to facilitate typing by providing transliteration layouts.
Moreover, the Apple Pencil hover, which supports "Tilt and Azimuth," will be supported by the upcoming developer beta.

"New StoreKit 2 APIs are available for promoted in-app purchases. Apps can receive promoted product purchase data from the App Store with PurchaseIntent. intents and can manage promoted orders and visibility with the Product. PromotionInfo, AutoFill, including AutoFill for passkeys and passwords, now works with input elements contained in a Shadow DOM in web content."
