Apple: The world has been anxiously waiting for Apple to take a stance against AI-powered chatbots like ChatGPT and Google Bard, and recent reports indicate that the iPhone 15 may be the site of the company's upcoming major machine learning initiative.

Apple to Use AI in iPhone 15

Industry expert Dan Ives believes that Apple is about to take a more aggressive stance towards AI technology and that the iPhone 15 will be at the forefront of this movement.

While Apple already uses AI in a number of applications, like Siri and image processing, it has lagged behind rivals like the Google Pixel 7, which places a high priority on AI processing. Given that the iPhone 15 is anticipated to be mostly a hardware improvement, a software update with a focus on AI seems to be a feasible approach for Apple.

How will Ai be used?

According to Ives, incorporating AI could significantly improve the iOS Health app by offering individualised recommendations for workouts, nutrition plans, and exercise regimens based on information gathered from users, including pulse rate and sleep patterns.

Additionally, AI might be able to monitor a person's mood by listening to their voice or reading their text messages, albeit this feature might be viewed as intrusive.
