Elon Musk: On Friday, Elon Musk stated that the goal of his new artificial intelligence business, xAI, is to “understand the universe.”
The billionaire outlined his idea for xAI for the first time during a sometimes rambling 90-minute Twitter Spaces audio discussion, which also touched on issues like the fragility of civilisation and the Earth’s evolution.

This announcement is believed to have been made on Wednesday by Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and Twitter, in an effort to compete with ChatGPT and other AI systems. However, Musk said on Twitter that he was launching xAI, a new AI company, in order to ascertain the universe’s true genesis. According to the company’s website, on Friday, July 14, Musk and his team will share this knowledge live on Twitter.
According to Musk, xAI will aim to solve scientific problems that are way too complex. xAI will also be aiming to solve to Mathematical problems. He also stated that xAI will try to understand the universe better. At one point Musk also said, ” Why is there not massive evidence of aliens?”, hinting that he might use xAI to find evidence for alien existence.
