Elon Musk: X (Formerly Twitter) CEO and now the World's 2nd richest person, Elon Musk took to his microblogging platform, X to make fun of Meta after its various social media platforms faced a global outage and were not working properly yesterday evening i.e 5 March 2024. The Meta-owned platform servers were down for almost an hour. However, Meta has not officially released any public information about the reason, there may be a technical issue that led to this global outage.

Keeping the sarcastic essence alive in his post, the Twitter CEO poked fun at Meta after its servers were down globally. In his post, Musk wrote, "If you’re reading this post, it’s because our servers are working".

Targeting the social media giant, Meta Elon Musk also shared a meme which also included an official statement by Andy Stone where the official said that the company is working to resolve the concurrent issues.

Meta's Reaction on the Global Outage

Taking the global outage on a serious note, Meta's Communication Director took to X to inform people that they have acknowledged the issue and working to resolve the problem. In an X post, Andy Stone wrote, "We're aware people are having trouble accessing our services. We are working on this now".
