India's Dominance on the World Stage! Carl Pei Renames Himself to Carl Bhai to Sell Nothing Phone; Is Elon Musk Next in Line

CEO of Nothing, Carl Pei recently changed his name on the microblogging platform X to “Carl Bhai”. Following the CEO, Nothing India has also renamed itself as “Nothing India Bhai”. Carl Pei took this bold move after Nothing India announced they had hired a brand ambassador to promote the upcoming Nothing Phone 2a in India.

Nothing Launches Endorsement Campaign

After the brand ambassador announcement, an X user asked why there was a need for a brand ambassador, replying to which Nothing CEO Carl Pei said “We want to sell more phones bhai”. Using this as an idea, Nothing launched an endorsement campaign and the brand is now asking its people to change their names with the suffix “Bhai” on X.

Is Elon Musk Next in the Line?

In a recent post on X, Carl Pei mentioned Tesla CEO Elon Musk and asked him "Did you really think you could build a Tesla factory in India without changing your username to Elon Bhai?". This indicates the possibility of Elon Musk changing his name to Elon Bhai in the future intended to promote Tesla cars in India.
