IQOO Z9 5G: Following the scheduled launch date, the Chinese smartphone brand, IQOO launched the latest IQOO Z9 5G in India today. The Z9 Pro is the second device launched by IQOO in 2024. The newly launched device is a successor to the previously launched IQOO Z7 and IQOO Z7s. IQOO Z9 5G is a worthy update over its predecessor as it comes with a new design and features. IQOO Z9 5G Design
In terms of the design, the device carries a polycarbonate frame which is common in its price segment. The device comes with a flat frame and a squarish camera module. The all new IQOO is an IP54-rated device that protects it from water splashes and environmental dust. The device measures 7.82mm in thickness and weighs 188 grams.
IQOO Z9 5G Specs
The all-new IQOO device boasts a big 6.67 inch AMOLED display which supports a high refresh rate of 120 Hz and Full HD+ resolution. Going into more detail, the Z9 5G’s display supports 1200 Hz instant touch sampling along with a peak brightness of 1800 nits.
As far as the power is concerned, the Z9 5G comes equipped with a multi-tasking MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor. The powerhouse comes paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage in the Z9 5G. Additionally, the device runs on Android 14 with the Funtouch OS 14 skin over the top.
Camera specs of the device include a dual rear camera setup at the back and a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the device features a 16MP shooter for videocalls and selfies. The device gets its juice from a 5000 mAh battery which supports 44W fast charging.

IQOO Z9 is available in two variants. The device’s price starts at Rs. 19999 for the base 8GB+128GB and Rs. 21999 for the top end 8GB+256GB variant. The device is on offer in two colours- Brushed green and Graphene Blue.
