Lenovo Tab M9: Lenovo isn't waiting until the new year (or the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in 2023) to release a wide range of new products, such as one Android tablet, a lot of laptops running Windows and Chrome OS, several high-end monitors, one high-end mini PC, and a number of accessories that will help users be more productive.
Instead of adding to a high-end (ish) family consisting of a number of different P11 and P12 models, as its name suggests, the Lenovo Tab M9 (or Smart Tab M9) joins the most recent Tab M7, M8, and M10 editions in the company's mid-range roster.
Lenovo Tab M9 has a 9-inch
You also shouldn't be surprised that the new tablet has a 9-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels, which is a bit different. Lenovo will be able to sell the Tab M9 for $139.99 and up, which is a reasonable price.
Obviously, it's too soon to know what the competition will look like in the sub-$200 space, but the Samsung 8.7-inch Galaxy Tab A7 Lite appears to be the main challenger to beat right now.

The Lenovo Tab M9 has an almost surprisingly premium dual-tone metal design and packs a reasonably powerful octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor with up to 4GB RAM, all for a starting price of under $150.
The 5100mAh battery with 15W fast charging
Unfortunately, that super-cheap entry-level configuration almost certainly has 32 gigabytes of internal storage, which is not great by any price standard. All other features, such as the 5100mAh battery with 15W fast charging, the dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos spatial audio technology, and the preinstalled Android 12 software with Android 13 on the way... eventually... will remain the same, but for a higher price, you can upgrade to a 64 or 128 gig storage variant.
The Lenovo (Smart) Tab M9 might even come to some markets with the latest OS version already installed, but that's just a guess on our part based on, well, common sense and the fact that it might go on sale between April and June 2023.
