Snapdragon 8 Gen 3: Qualcomm’s new flagship mobile platform has been launched by the company on the first day of Snapdragon Summit 2023 being held in Hawaii. The company has informed that the new processor is made for flagship grade smartphone launching in the upcoming times. Qualcomm has claimed that the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is 200 percent more powerful than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 which was launched almost 2 years ago by the chipmaker. On the second day of Snapdragon Summit 2023, Qualcomm showcased how capable its new offering is. The brand tested the performance of the processor with the help of major performance testing softwares like Antutu Benchmark, 3D Mark, Geek bench 6, Solar Bay, Wild Life extreme and AI mark.

On Antutu benchmark, the all-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 has recorded an unprecedented score of 2.1 million. With this record, the new beast becomes the first mobile platform to cross 2 million score in Antutu benchmark

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Geek Bench 6, 3D Mark and Other Scores
The new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC scored a multi-core score of 7501 and single-core of 2329. In the 3D Mark Solar Bay, the chipset has scored an impressive score of 8597. Whereas, in the 3D Mark Wild Life Extreme test, the SoC has scored 5338 on the gaming benchmark test. The chipset reached 39 degrees in the 3rd run of Solar Bay. In a nutshell, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 scored 240147 points which positions at the first place on the podium.
