Vivo has announced the Vivo X200 5G in an attempt to help balance imaging, battery, and performance at an affordable price. The new device comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, a 5800 mAh battery, and a triple 50 MP camera array, making it a serious option for users looking for features without the flagship price.
Performance & Platform
Under the hood, the Vivo X200 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 based on a 3nm process. The octa-core architecture (1×3.626 GHz + 3×3.3 GHz + 4×2.4 GHz) integrates different storage configurations of 12 GB + 256 GB or 16 GB + 512 GB. The device runs Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 integrated above.
In terms of connectivity, the phone boasts 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and dual-SIM support.
Display & Design
The Vivo X200 5G includes a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, with 2800×1260 resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. The device comes with a dust and water resistance rating of IP68/IP69. The frame has variants in black, green, blue, and white options—some variations with glass fiber backing.
Camera Setup & AI Features
Photography is one of the main features of the device. The Vivo X200 5G features a triple 50 MP main camera (wide, ultra-wide, telephoto) that can perform up to 3× optical zoom and up to 100× digital zoom. The front-facing camera is a 32 MP ultrawide selfie camera that can shoot 4K videos.
For AI features, the device supports AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance features that need an internet connection to work. These features tried to enhance images by removing unwanted, untracked, or unidentified subjects, as well as enhancing details using AI in the cloud.

The Vivo X200 5G comes equipped with a 5800 mAh battery that lasts a good amount of time for daily use and is charged via 90 W wired fast charging, and it also supports reverse-wired charging.
