Vivo X300 Series: Vivo has officially unveiled its new X300 series in India, marking the company’s biggest flagship push in the country so far. The lineup includes the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, both aimed at buyers who want top-tier hardware and advanced camera features. Vivo is clearly targeting premium smartphone users, positioning these phones to compete directly with OnePlus, Oppo, and Samsung.
The series has generated buzz for its camera capabilities, featuring Zeiss-backed tuning and dedicated imaging chips. With prices now revealed, it’s clear Vivo is aiming for the upper tier of the market (for buyers who prioritise serious photography and long-term value over just flashy specs).
Vivo X300 And X300 Pro: Price And Availability
The Vivo X300 starts at Rs 75,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version. The 12GB + 512GB model costs Rs 81,999, while the 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 85,999.
The X300 Pro comes in a single configuration (16GB + 512GB) at Rs 1,09,999, placing it in the ultra-premium range. For those unaware, both phones will go on sale from December 10.
Vivo has also launched a Telephoto Extender Kit for the X300 series, priced at Rs 18,999. The accessory enhances zoom capabilities and is aimed at mobile photography enthusiasts.

The standard X300 is slightly smaller and lighter, with a 6,040mAh battery and a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display. It weighs 190g, making it one of the few compact flagships on the market.
Its camera setup includes a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP periscope telephoto lens. Like the Pro, it supports the Zeiss teleconverter and comes with the V3+ imaging chip. The 50MP front camera completes the setup.
