WhatsApp to soon get new icons for options in the overflow menu, Details

WhatsApp: The overflow menu in WhatsApp for Android's most recent beta version has been redesigned. WABetaInfo, which typically provides reliable information on upcoming features and design changes that WhatsApp introduces, noticed this change. The overflow menu that shows up inside chat threads is changing its icons for every item in the list.

WhatsApp design overhaul

The overflow menu options are now easier to grasp because of the additional icons that have been placed in front of each one. Furthermore, they improve the app's appearance graphically. The app, which is available to beta testers through the Google Play Store, has this modification evident in version 2.24.5.19.

After testing is over, this update may be made available to all other Android WhatsApp users in the upcoming months.
