Animal viral video: Whenever the word tiger is heard, a beautiful golden striped powerful creature comes to mind. But a rare melanistic tiger has been found in Similipal Tiger Reserve, Odisha which is black in colour. Hardly anyone would have seen a black tiger. Indian Forest Service officer Ramesh Pandey has shared its video on social media with his Twitter handle.

The video is being watched a lot by the viewers and till now it has earned 70.4K Views.
One reacted, “is it similar to normal tiger or variation in habitat?” Another wrote, “So beautiful!” One of them wrote, “Thank you for the video Sir.. but I fear of poachers who also might get attracted towards it.”
Earlier in 2007 melanistic tiger was seen in Simlipal Tiger Reserve. The reason for the black colour of tigers is a genetic mutation which is extremely rare.
