A heartfelt Bihar viral video from a rural primary school is exposing the real condition of education there. Children are forced to study outdoors. Their school does not have a proper building or a mere roof to protect them against the sun and rain.
The young girl's sad plea to make a school building shows their helplessness. Netizens show widespread anger against the corruption and negligence of the authorities that are killing the potential of the children at the bud.
The video, as posted by the journalist Piyush Rai on his X handle, shows the distressed condition of some rural schools in Bihar. It shows the exclusive ground report of the 'Reporter Bhaiya' where he goes to a rural place in Bihar to cover the condition of their schools.
This heart-breaking video of school girl at a primary school studying under tree should put to shame every party which has ever ruled Bihar. Hope her simple demand - a building for their school is fullfilled. pic.twitter.com/SHSAuWV7z3

There, in utter shock, he saw that the school does not even have a roof. Small students are still forced to study in the ancient Gurukul manner, i.e., under a tree.
She urges with a sad face, 'building bana de, school bana de', pointing out how difficult it becomes for them to get even the basic school education. This shows the utter neglecting condition of education in rural parts of Bihar.
This plea of the Bihar girl touches the hearts of everyone watching the video. People are showing outrage, demanding action, and even coming up with their real struggle stories. One such user says, "I studied under a tree till 5th grade. Back then, it felt like an adventure-but now I see how much we lacked. None of my classmates made it beyond the 12th grade. With better infrastructure and opportunities, our lives could've been so different".
People are becoming outspoken about the ever-existing corruption that often leads to money laundering allocated for educational purposes. They say, "Money for the school building is most likely to build a Bihari's lavish house. Before putting more money in, those people should be prosecuted. That's not going to happen. So any money that is being poured into Bihar is likely to end up enriching the super rich".
Bihar has been under scrutiny for poor educational facilities, infrastructure, and corruption. While in recent times the government has announced schemes and even published recruitment drives for over 1.6 lakh teachers, classroom shortages persist.
This recent news shows the ground reality of Bihar, which still forces willing students to be deprived of basic educational facilities. This video is another blow to the administrative actions of the Bihar government, which still fails to offer basic needs to its young students.
