Janhvi holds Orry's hand, aces mermaid look in neon at Femina Beauty Awards

Janhvi Kapoor: Actor Janhvi Kapoor rocked the mermaid look at the Femina Beauty Awards on Tuesday where she arrived dressed like her favourite Disney princesses in a neon mermaid outfit. After wearing an Ariel inspired blue gown last month, the actor showed her mermaid fascination from whom she derives inspiration for her red carpet looks.

Last month, Janhvi wore a blue sequinned mermaid gown with embellished gloves to the Elle Awards. She said her look was a blend of painter Sandro Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus and Ariel from The Little Mermaid.

Looks cute with Orry

At the Tuesday awards night, Janhvi’s close friend Orhan Awatramani also joined her on the red carpet. They looked cute holding each other's hands as they posed together for the paparazzi.

Janhvi exudes confidence in her mermaid inspired backless gown. She exhibited a neat look with her hair tied in a bun. Orhan was dressed in black tee and matching cargos with a shimmery black jacket.

Orhan is Janhvi’s rumoured boyfriend and the two are often spotted together at parties and holidays with their other friends. Orhan is also close friends with Nysa Devgan, daughter of Ajay Devgn and Kajol.

‘Rare to find friends’

Recently Janhvi opened up about her closeness with Orry. She said, “I have known Orry for years now and he is someone who I not only have so much fun with, but he’s had my back for a long time, and I have had his back. It feels like home when he is around, and I trust him a lot. I think it’s rare to find friends, who will stand up for you the way he stands up for his friends. He is a great guy."

The Gunja Saxena actor returned from her Maldives vacation earlier this week. She had shared several pictures of herself in colourful swimsuits and neon bikinis on Instagram.

The actor had two releases this year. Good Luck Jerry released in theatres while Mili, a survival drama, had an OTT release. Her upcoming films are Mr and Mrs Mahi with Rajkummar Rao. She plays a cricketer in the film. She recently wrapped up Bawaal with Varun Dhawan.
