‘People Always Point Fingers’ Roadies XX Winner Kushal Tanwar Slams Hartaaj Gill Over ‘Undeserving Winner’ Tag

Gullu aka Kushal Tanwar from gang Elvish Yadav won MTV Roadies XX (Roadies – Double Cross) recently. Elvish debuted as a gang leader this season. However, his victory stirred up controversy, leading Kushal to respond to allegations that he was an “undeserving winner.”

MTV Roadies XX Winner Hits Back

Kushal responded to the accusation while speaking to TOI TV. Hitting back at his rival Hartaaj Gill (who was runner up), he said, “When people can’t do anything themselves, they always point fingers at others. I’m happy that I won the show with Elvish Bhai, and now I don’t care what anyone has to say.”

He also added that his journey was filled with ups and downs. Kushal continued, “My journey wasn’t as easy as it seemed to everyone. I first got evicted because of my own gang member, Hartaaj. Later, I came as a wildcard and gave my best. I didn’t know I’d be standing in the finale with Hartaaj. It was about my and Elvish Bhai’s self-respect at that point, and I had to win it for him.”

Elvish Yadav supported Kushal and said, “Gullu didn’t get many chances on the show. He was evicted when he first came, and later made a wildcard entry. However, he did very well whenever he got a chance, and according to me, he’s a very deserving winner. If Yogesh from my gang had won, I’d be equally happy.”

These comments follow Hartaaj Gill\’s earlier interview with TOI. Gill claimed the finale was rigged in Kushal\’s favour.

Here’s What Hartaaj Gill Said

Hartaaj expressed his frustration over the finale task being too easy. He claimed that a puzzle was supposed to be included but was removed last minute, allegedly to favour Gullu, who might have struggled with it.

He also questioned why Kushal was allowed to watch his performance while he wasn\’t given the same chance. According to him, the show was biased towards Gullu, and everything was planned. He said he felt deeply disappointed and believed the outcome was completely unfair.

For the unversed, Kushal Tanwar won Roadies XX and Rs 10 lakh prize money.
